Enjoyed the clean and spacious King Room. Loud noise from the plaza disrupted sleep at night.

The staff was fantastic, especially the housekeeper who greeted us every morning with a warm smile, making us feel at home.

The rooms had a persistent smell of mildew, and the property overall felt quite run down and in need of maintenance.

If you're expecting top-notch service, think again!!! The maintenance issues in the fitness center were disappointing, and the pool looked overrun with debris!!! Consider cleaning standards and timely maintenance upgrades to elevate your guests' experience!!!

my recent stay was enjoyable with the hotel's proximity to popular attractions like the stunning St John the Baptist Cathedral just a few steps away and great dining options like Huasai Restaurant only a 5-minute walk, making it perfect for wandering around the city, but the hotel could improve on their room key management as we faced some initial issues getting into our rooms.

The friendly greeting by the staff made us feel welcome, yet

there were a few hiccups during our stay that detracted from the experience. The hotel is ideally located across from the Plaza, but the noise from local festivities did disrupt sleep at times. Overall, it was a decent stay.

The King Room I stayed in was clean and spacious with older decor, but everything worked well. Loved that there were extra plug-ins by the bed, super handy! The outdoor pool area looked nice, too, but I didn’t get to jump in. Reception was great, super helpful and friendly, making check-in a breeze. Just a heads up, the view was decent, but the noise from the square might be bothersome for some.

The guys at Reception were super friendly, making me feel almost at home with every visit,, and the cleaning lady was just lovely, always checking in with a smile. The pool area was nice and big,, a welcomed escape from the chaos outside.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

Edwing at the reception was exceptionally professional and cordial, making me feel welcome right away.
